The Super Mario Bros. Movie comes to streaming next month

By far the biggest film of the year so far has been The Super Mario Bros. Movie, making more than $1.3 Billion over the past 3 months. After such a successful run on the Silver Screen, The Super Mario Bros. Movie has now gotten its streaming premiere date.

As reported by Deadline, following its undeniably successful cinema run, The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be available to stream exactly 120 days from its initial premiere – arriving on the 3rd of August,

Due to it being distributed by Universal, the film will first be available to stream only on Peacock. This will remain the case for 4 months when it will then be made available through Netflix.

Unsurprisingly however, The Super Mario Bros. Movie will eventually find its way back off of Netflix and onto Peacock at some point next year.

With The Super Mario Bros. Movie being by far the biggest film of the year, it will be interesting to see how it performs once it is also available on streaming.
