Rockstar’s classic ‘Bully’ has been rated for current consoles

Before they became the GTA and Red Dead studio, Rockstar Games would release a ton of different, unique and equally appreciated titles – from Mahunt to L.A. Noir. One of the most popular non-GTA/RDR games was Bully (Canis Canem Edit) – a 2006 open-world game set in a school where you attempt to bully the bullies. Almost 20 years on from its initial release, the game appears to be getting a current-gen re-release.

As reported by Gematsu, the Taiwanese Digital Games Rating Committee has published a new rating for Bully – targeting the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

While this may be connected to the recent announcement that the game will be available to download by GTA+ subscribers, Bully has not received any real new release since 2008 with the Scholarship Edition.

While yes, the game has since been ported to PS4, it pretty much functions as an enhanced emulation of the PS2 version.

As such, getting an actual remaster or re-release for Bully would be highly welcome. We will have to wait and see.
