PlayStation’s annual Days of Play event starts this week

Each year Sony hosts a week-long Days of Play event which sees the console manufacturer slash prices across its many games and services. This year, Days of Play will begin on the 2nd of June, offering deals across PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Gear, direct.playstation.com, PlayStation Store, and more.

Making the announcement on the PlayStation Blog, the console manufacturer revealed that “Days of Play 2023 will begin on June 2 at 12:01 AM until June 12 at 11:59 PM local time in each region” adding that “Our official Days of Play site will be updated with more information later this week, so be sure to check the site for the latest details. Please note that offers may vary by region and are available while supplies last.”

Days of Play marks one of the best opportunities to purchase a PlayStation Plus subscription, with all levels of the service being discounted by 25% during the promotion – regardless of whether you are a new, returning or current subscriber.

Additionally, players in the US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg will be able to save some money when shopping through direct.playstation.com, though no specifics were shared.

Finally, those looking to purchase some merch will also find a bunch of deals, with the PlayStation Gear store launching a number of promos – including free extras being offered with select orders as well as buy-one-get-one 50% off. You can keep track of all the Days of Play deals HERE.
