Kena: Bridge of Spirits gets ESRB rating for Xbox

One of the most exciting games to release during the PS5’s launch year was Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The first game from studio Ember Lab, Kena launched to consistent and positive reviews from both critics and fans alike. Finally, after more than two and a half years, Kena: Bridge of Spirits appears to be coming to Xbox.

As shared by the Xbox-focused ‘Klobrille’ on Twitter, the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) published a listing for ‘Kena: Bridge of Spirits – Deluxe Edition’ for the Xbox Series X|S. This all-but confirms that the 2021 action-adventure will be coming to Xbox, and likely quite soon.

For the uninitiated, Kena: Bridge of Spirits sees you play as the titular Kena – a spirit guide whose mission is to rid her world of a corruption which has taken root.

Throughout the 10-20 hour experience, players will “untangle the mystery of the village’s strange curse as you discover secrets and draw on the power from the Spirit Realm to restore this once-majestic world” – all the while utilising a mix of combat, platforming and puzzles to find your way.

The current Deluxe Edition for Kena: Bridge of Spirits costs £39.99 and includes the base game alongside a digital soundtrack and a couple cosmetics. It is currently unknown what the Deluxe Edition for Xbox will feature – or how much it will cost – but hopefully we won’t have to wait long to find out.
