Free Crash Bandicoot bundle available in MWII and Warzone 2

As a publisher, Activision Blizzard owns a great deal of well known and loved IP, ranging from 90s mascots to other various contemporaries. As such, it was always odd to see the company not take advantage of its IPs through cross-promotion – that is until now, as a free Crash Bandicoot bundle has now been added into Call of Duty.

As reported by the COD-focused CharlieIntel, Activision has recently released a Crash Bandicoot themed bundle available for free to all through Call of Duty Modern Warfare II as well as the free-to-play Warzone 2. In either instance, the bundle is entirely free and comes with a number of weapon charms (6 to be exact) featuring the faces of Crash and co.

Call of Duty is no longer the serious military shooter it once pretended to be, with the likes of AoT titans, Shredder from the TMNT and Godzilla making their way onto the battlefield. As such, it is welcome to see other Activision Blizzard properties finding their way into the game – if only in the form of a weapon charm. Hopefully more bundles such as this are on the way, and are similarly free.
