KitGuru Launches BEST OF: Our Top Products

Over the past 9 years, KitGuru has published close to 30,000 technical articles – reviewing thousands of products along the way and awarding them based on whether they are a ‘Must Have', ‘Worth Buying' or ‘Worth Considering'. This month, we decided to start something new: a ‘BEST OF' section showcasing the highest rated products reviewed by the KitGuru editorial team- regularly updated throughout the year as new tech comes out. 

CONCEPT
We’ve been working on a brand-new tool that will make it easier than ever for KitGuru readers to get access to an intelligent shortlist of products in a given category, and then find what best suits your needs – quickly and easily.

METHOD
The KitGuru team will review each product as normal. At the end of each month, all of the award-winning products in each category will be re-evaluated against the current top 5 within our BEST OF list. If the new product(s) are good enough, then we will update the shortlist. The updated shortlist, with links to the full review, will be available to KitGuru readers instantly.

NEW AWARD LOGO
The product that we deem to be the BEST OF in a given month, will get a new award to confirm that it was the best choice at that time. Companies are welcome to use this logo, royalty-free, as long as it is ONLY used in association with the specific product that won. Every month a product is on top of the charts – it earns a new logo.

LAUNCH
The new BEST OF section of KitGuru.net is now live. We have 20 categories spanning across all PC hardware sectors and gaming peripherals. Our editors have worked hard to create a definitive shortlist of 5 products in each category, with the very best displayed at the top alongside a new award logo.

LANDING PAGE
We have broken the product categories into groups. For instance, the ‘Framework‘ category covers cases, PSUs and coolers. Meanwhile ‘Engine‘ covers CPU, RAM and motherboards. If you are looking to build a new system or make a few upgrades, then heading to our landing page will show you all of our different categories, from there, you can check out our top five products and easily find full reviews for each.
