Corsair HS75 XB Wireless Headset Review

The Corsair HS75 XB Wireless is one of the best gaming headsets I have used to date. It is comfortable, sturdy, offers great audio and the Dolby Atmos support is the icing on the cake.

Setting the headset up on an Xbox One is as easy as it can be and if you have an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 (sold separately), then you can also easily pair these up with your gaming PC. In either case, you get access to Dolby Atmos, which is a huge bonus to have.

Typically, a license for Dolby Atmos for Headphones costs about £15, so getting it packed in with the headset is a great value-add. Beyond that, Dolby Atmos for Headphones is up there as one of, if not the best virtual surround solution available today.

Battery life is suitable for long play sessions, as well as smaller, more frequent ones. In my case, the headset needs plugging back in every three days but that could shrink to every other day depending on how often you play.

The HS75 XB Wireless is also a stylish looking headset with black and silver accents. The oval-shaped ear cups proved very comfortable during my usage, while the memory foam offers plenty of cushioning.

The Corsair HS75 XB Wireless is on sale now for £169.99 directly from Corsair. It is on the expensive side for a gaming headset, but it offers plenty of punch to justify that price tag.
