Corsair HS75 XB Wireless Headset Review

The Corsair HS75 XB Wireless ships in simple packaging, showing the headset prominently on the front of the box, meanwhile the back details key features and specifications.

The headset is built with a sturdy, aluminium frame. The ear cups are fitted with plush leatherette ear pads and memory foam for additional comfort during long gaming sessions. As you would expect, the headband is adjustable.

You get two key controls on the right ear cup – an on/off switch and a volume wheel for adjusting the balance between voice chat audio and game audio. The microphone plugs into the left ear cup, which also has controls for mute/unmute and microphone volume. The microphone itself is fully detachable, so you can remove it when not in use.

One final thing worth noting here is the USB-C connection for charging. This is a welcomed change from micro-USB, particularly nowadays as more and more devices switch to the newer standard.
