SteelSeries 5H V2 Medal of Honor Gaming Headset Review

As usual, SteelSeries' packaging is top notch.  For the 5H V2, they have opted for a thick cardboard outer box which fits around a clear plastic inner box containing the headset.  The headset is attached to a plastic tray which gives added protection.  Rather than using product photos for the box, there is a large cutout in the cardboard which lets everyone see the headset.

Turning the box around reveals the specifications and features of the headset repeated in various different languages.  There is also a small diagram which illustrates some of the features.

Inside, the only accessories we find are a small SteelSeries product catalogue, a SteelSeries sticker, a warning leaflet and a 2 m extension cable for the headset.

  1. Seems like a nice idea, but I didnt think this game was popular anymore? I guess maybe for clan gamers it might be.

  2. Almost everything Steelseries do, is to target hardcore gamers. this is a clan headset basically IMO.

  3. Looks really good I think. I already have the siberia and love it to death.

  4. Funny that I was totally dissatisfied with the pair I bought. I have yet to see anything so cheaply built. I didn’t want to keep them for any length of time & have a broken piece of trash w/ no warranty. Went right back & I was out a restocking fee.
