• Textures are very soft to the touch.
• Fantastic detail in the stitching and diamond design.
• Great cushioning on the base and backrest.
• Very soft and comfortable pillows.
• Easy glide wheels.

Cons

• Small manual & screws are not labeled in the blister pack.
• Small imperfections/ damage potentially due to transit.
• One screw was very hard to get in.
• Blister pack was not easy to get into for the screws and tools.
• Wheels not easy to push in.
• Inside button on armrest is jittery and hard to use.

KitGuru says: The build wasn’t the smoothest but the outcome more than made up for it. This chair has it all in terms of the amount of effort that’s gone into the design, the materials and textures – and we can’t stress how comfortable this is to sit in.
