Cougar announces “ultra lightweight” VM410 gaming headset

Cougar is adding a new gaming headset to its line-up of gaming peripherals. The new VM410 is “equipped with premium audio and innovative structural design”.

Designed to offer both customisation and comfort, the VM410 features a headband and multiple-axis earcup adjustment so users can perfectly fit the headset onto their heads. The aluminium structure gives it a light (265g), yet still robust construction, while the metal hinges maintain the pressure and “ensures comfort through long gaming sessions”.

Featuring 53mm drivers with graphite diaphragms, papylon mesh and chamber enhancements, each component of the Cougar VM410 was introduced to offer “pro-level sound quality”. Additionally, the adjustable 9.7mm noise-cancelling microphone features an anti-pop cover, providing enhanced communication between gamers and their team.

The VM410 cord was designed to reduce crosstalk. Instead of using a standard cable, the VM410 connects to the devices through a “true fidelity cords” with varnish, for electrical insulation, and PP tube, to prevent interference. For increased convenience, the in-line controller allows users to adjust the volume and control the microphone.

The VM410 is compatible with phones, consoles, computers, and other devices thanks to the include 4-to-3 pole adapters. In the VM410 packaging, there's also a pair of leather earpads and a pair of breathable fabric leather pads to choose from.
