Insomniac Games has no plans for additional story content for Spider-Man 2. The game launches on PC in January after just over one year of PS5 exclusivity.

Sony has been slowly but surely accelerating how quickly they bring their PlayStation 5 console exclusives to PC, with the likes of God of War Ragnarök arriving just under two years from its initial release. Following this, an industry insider has corroborated the claims, stating that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will indeed be launching in September.

Ever since the game was first announced back in 2021, fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Aside from the initial reveal trailer, nothing has been shown, with the studio later confirming that the game is planned for release sometime this ‘Fall’. Thanks to the voice actor for Venom, we now have a much more concrete window – including when we can expect to hear more official news.
