AMD is expanding its line-up of 2nd Gen EPYC Zen 2-based server processors with higher-TDP and frequency-tuned EPYC 7Fx2 chips. The 8, 16, and 24-core parts are positioned specifically to fight Intel's recently released Cascade Lake Xeon 'Performance' chips.
