Ubisoft has been working away on a couple of spin-offs in The Division franchise in recent years. These games have taken a while to hit the market but it looks like that will finally change soon. The Division: Heartland has now been submitted to ratings boards, indicating that a release is just around the corner. 

The Division: Heartland is set to launch its closed beta on June 27th, allowing players to experience an early version of the game. Registration for the closed beta is open to everyone, but this particular test will only be available to PC players in the US, Canada, and Mexico...
