The AM4 socket has seen an extended wave of support from AMD with the addition of newly refreshed Ryzen 5000 series processors.

According to one leaker, Ryzen Z2 chips will offer up to 8 CPU cores, paired with 16 RDNA 3.5 GPU cores. The first Ryzen Z2 devices are coming in 2025.

AMD is reportedly expanding its AM4 platform with two new Ryzen 5 5600 series CPUs, as seen by fresh listings on motherboard sites.
