Following rumours, Ubisoft confirmed their upcoming Assassin’s Creed Infinity hub (Animus Hub) will be a completely free service when it launches next year.

Following the surprise last-minute delay of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Ubisoft has now explained their reasons for the game’s push-back.

With Assassin’s Creed Shadows being delayed to 2025 (alongside some other content changes) the game’s Collector’s Edition has now seen a significant price drop.

After years of releasing all its titles first on the Epic Games Store as well as its own launcher, Ubisoft have finally confirmed that they will begin to publish their games day-and-date on Steam starting with next year’s Assassin’s Creed Shadows. As part of this, the publisher has been furthering the integration of its games with Steam – finally bringing Achievements to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Exactly a year on from the initial launch of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Ubisoft have announced that the game is finally coming to Steam later this October.

Since the release of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S back in late 2020, we have seen Ubisoft update many of its Assassin’s Creed titles to support 60fps of the now-current-gen consoles. Oddly, one of the primary titles to not get updated was Assassin’s Creed Syndicate – though this appears to be changing soon.

Ubisoft has made it well known that it plans to go all out on Assassin’s Creed over the coming years, with almost a dozen games in the works and a hub to play them all in. It therefore comes as little surprise that at least a couple of those games are set to be remakes...
