The XN50004T comes in a compact box with a neat life-sized stencil type image of the NAS on the front which wraps around one side of the box. The rear of the box just has a vertical list of icons displaying shipping and handling instructions.
The other side of the box has a double row of icons displaying some of the uses of the XN50004T; File Sharing and Centralised Data Storage, Data Backup and Protection, IP SAN/NAS Unified Storage, VM ready, Hybrid Cloud Data Synchronisation and the fact it's an all-in-one business solution.
The box bundle for the XN50004T is pretty sparse but it does contain everything you need to get up and running; power cord, two 1GbE Ethernet cables, enough screws to fix 2.5in drives into the four main drive bays and a key for lock/unlocking the drive bay doors and releasing the side panel that covers the memory slots and the 2.5in drive bay.
There is also an activation key for QSAN's XReplicator utility. XReplicator is a powerful backup tool that allows for disk level (including OS, apps, settings and data) or file level backups and also supports bootable rescue media creation.
