Thermaltake launches new Damysus gaming mouse with up to 30 hour battery life

Thermaltake has recently introduced a new series of gaming mice. This new series is called Damysus and includes two models: the Damysus RGB and the Damysus Wireless RGB. These mice are designed to provide gamers with a lightweight and precise mouse, featuring advanced technology and customisable RGB lighting options.

The Damysus RGB mouse is equipped with a Pixart PMW-3389 with a DPI range of 1000–16,000, adjustable in increments of 100. Alternatively, users can select from the default DPI settings (800, 1200, 1600, 3200, 6400, and 16000). On the other hand, the Damysus Wireless RGB mouse features a Pixart PMW-3370 sensor with a maximum DPI of 19,000. Both mice are designed to meet the needs of hardcore gamers, featuring 60 million click Omron switches and ARM 32-bit microcontrollers with flash memory (64Kb for Damysus RGB and 512Kb for Damysus Wireless RGB).

The Damysus Wireless RGB mouse provides flexibility with three connection types: 2.4GHz wireless dongle with a range of 10m and up to 24 hours of battery life with lighting, BT 5.2 with up to 30 hours of battery life with lighting, and wired mode via the USB-C interface. The Damysus RGB mouse, on the other hand, comes with a lightweight paracord cable to reduce drag. Both mice feature rubber grips on the sides for smoother mouse movements.

Customisation options are available through Thermaltake's iTAKE software. Users can create macros, set up game profiles, and personalise the RGB lighting of the scroll wheel and TT logo on the mouse. The RGB lighting supports 16.8 million colours and four dynamic lighting effects. The brightness, speed, and direction of the lighting effects can be adjusted using the software.
