Glorious launches it lightest mouse ever, the Model O 2 Mini

Glorious has just introduced its “lightest mouse ever,” designed for gamers with small to medium-sized hands. The new Glorious Model O 2 Mini lightweight gaming mouse series includes wired and wireless variants in black and white.

Before the Glorious O 2 Mini, the Glorious's lightest mouse was the Series 2 Pro, which weighed 55g. The new mice bring this down a notch, with the wired Glorious Model O 2 Mini weighing 49g, while the wireless version is just 8g heavier. Despite the weight reduction achieved by making the mouse smaller, it's still a lightweight option, ideal for gamers with smaller hands. Glorious has not released the specifications for the mouse shell but notes that the new Mini model is “nearly 6% shorter and narrower” than the original Model O 2.

Key features of the Glorious O 2 Mini include six mappable buttons and a BAMF 2 26,000 DPI sensor supporting maximum accelerations of 50G and a maximum speed of 650 IPS. Additionally, all models feature RGB illumination, Glorious Core software support, and the ability to save three unique profiles onboard.

The wireless version can connect to your PC via a 2.4G wireless connection, with a claimed battery life of up to 110 hours without RGB (210 hours when using Bluetooth). Alternatively, you can switch to wired mode by using the included USB-A to USB-C connection. The wired version of the Glorious O 2 Mini is priced at £59.99/$64.99/€69.99, while the wireless version goes for £99.99/$99.99/€99.99.
