Gigabyte is updating its gaming monitor lineup with the launch of two cutting-edge QD-OLED gaming monitors: the Gigabyte Aorus FO27Q5P, boasting a 500Hz refresh rate, and the Gigabyte MO27U2, offering 4K resolution at 240Hz.
The Aorus FO27Q5P is Gigabyte's new 27-inch flagship monitor. Its 500Hz refresh rate sets a new standard for QD-OLED displays, delivering even better motion clarity and responsiveness. This monitor is expected to be one of the first displays to meet the upcoming ClearMR 21000 standard. The FO27Q5P also boasts VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, ensuring deep blacks and accurate shadow details. You will also find DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 support, offering a massive 80Gbps bandwidth.
The Gigabyte MO27U2 redefines the 27-inch form factor with its 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. This combination delivers incredibly sharp and detailed visuals, with a pixel density of 166 PPI. The monitor also boasts exceptional colour accuracy with Delta E ≤ 2 and Pantone Validated certification, making it suitable for content creation and colour-critical work.
Both monitors feature Gigabyte's proprietary OLED Care technology, an AI-powered solution that prevents burn-in and extends the lifespan of the OLED panel. Gigabyte has also enhanced its Tactical Features for these new QD-OLED monitors, including Tactical Switch 2.0, allowing quick switching between different resolutions and aspect ratios. Other features include Night Vision to improve visibility in dark scenes and Black Equalizer 2.0 to enhance contrast and detail.
