Gigabyte launches affordable QHD gaming monitors

Gigabyte has introduced two new curved gaming monitors to its vast portfolio: the Gigabyte GS32QCA and its smaller twin, the Gigabyte GS27QCA. Both share many similarities, including the 180Hz refresh rate, VA-type panel, and 1500R curvature.

The Gigabyte GS32QCA boasts a 31.5-inch diagonal curved Super Speed VA panel with a 1500R curvature and a crystal-clear 2560 x 1440 resolution. Gamers will appreciate the 1 ms MPRT and refresh rates of up to 180 Hz, along with Adaptive-Sync and AMD FreeSync support. The 8-bit+FRC display panel covers 120% of the sRGB colour gamut, a typical brightness of 250 nits, and a static contrast ratio of 3500:1.

Furthermore, the display is HDR-ready and has gaming-oriented features, including OSD Sidekick, Aim Stabiliser, Black Equaliser, Crosshair, and Timer. For added convenience, the monitor is completed with a tilt-only stand, two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 input, and a headphone jack.

On the other hand, the Gigabyte GS27QCA, the smaller variant of its sibling, features a 27-inch diagonal curved Super Speed VA display panel with a QHD resolution. It also delivers the same 1 ms MPRT and up to 180 Hz refresh rates, along with Adaptive-Sync and AMD FreeSync support. The 8-bit colour depth and 122% sRGB coverage are complemented by a typical brightness of 250 nits and a static contrast ratio of 5000:1.

Like its larger counterpart, the GS27QCA is HDR-ready and offers a similar suite of gaming features. It also has a tilt-only stand, two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 input, and a headphone jack.
