Razer BlackWidow V4 75% Keyboard Review

Rating: 8.5.

The BlackWidow V4 75% marks a lot of firsts for Razer. It's the first keyboard they have ever made that has a hot-swappable PCB design. It's also one of the first keyboards to contain their new 3rd generation mechanical switches and comes packed with features that try to cater directly to those interested in the world of custom keyboards. Can this ~£190 75% keyboard meet the demands of the incredibly competitive custom keeb scene?

KitGuru says: The BlackWidow V4 75% is one of the best keyboards Razer has ever made. Their focus on the core aspects of what delivers a great experience from a keyboard shines through in the end product. Their new 3rd generation mechanical switches feel great to type on and the stock stabilisers are much better than we've seen in previous ‘off the shelf' keyboards. Small finishing touches like the inclusion of tape on the bottom of the PCB and the use of a gasket mounting system as opposed to case mounting all combine to deliver a very nice keyboard that is a pleasure to use.  We would like to see a wireless, full aluminium version in the future.
