Pwnage launches magnesium alloy Stormbreaker gaming mouse weighing 53g

Pwnage is known for exclusively doing honeycomb gaming mice, and the new Stormbreaker isn't different. However, this one uses magnesium alloy instead of the usual plastic, making it as light as possible without reducing its durability.

The Pwnage Stormbreaker was conceived, manufactured, and produced to provide gamers with all they need, with every function integrated into the mouse being geared towards gaming. The distinct look and feel are achieved using a high-grade magnesium alloy exoskeleton with an ergonomic design. The Stormbreaker is light, weighing only 53g and offering an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.

Designed using Pwnage's adjustable sensor technology, it provides a low margin of tracking error and increases speed and accuracy by up to 14% while lowering route variation while aiming by up to 23%. In addition, it also features an advanced MCU (microcontroller) and high-speed polling rate receiver pyramid, providing zero lag wireless and a 2000Hz polling rate. The mouse charges in 60-90 minutes and has a battery life of 120 hours.

Pwnage stated the Stormbreaker will be available starting in April, with prices ranging between $169 and $179. Available colours include black, white, red, olive, mint, blue and grey.

KitGuru says: There are not many magnesium alloy mice available. However, after seeing what the Stormbreaker can offer, it may become more common in the coming future.
