It's a nice little cinematic but an additional gameplay trailer would have been nice. That said, there are plenty of hands on videos out there.

Beta testing has been commencing in chunks over the last year with more than 4 million people having signed up to participate. During the latest beta test weekend more than 300,000 people were playing over a 48 hour period. Game Director, Matt Firor, went on to announce the release date at the end of a lengthy blog post over on the official Elder Scrolls Online website:

“We long ago promised that as soon as a version of the game is ready, we will launch it. So we’re happy to announce that the game will launch worldwide for PC and Mac players on Friday, April 4, 2014, while PlayStation 4 and Xbox One fans will see the game arriving on consoles in June 2014.

KitGuru Says: It's nice to see a major game launch on the PC first for a change, I'm hoping that this MMO doesn't fall in to the same trap that many others do, nobody likes fighting waves of the same enemies for hours or retrieving items constantly. Have any of you guys had a chance to play the game? What did you think?
