Once the cool weather starts to roll in, we're sure that PC-related sales will increase and everything will be much better for manufacturers across the globe. In the meantime, pucker up – here come more price cuts on juicy Solid State Drives.
Samsung's 840 series has proven to be one of the heroes of 2013 so far. While the transfer speeds are a little topsy turvy (reading at up to 540MB/sec while only writing data at 250MB/sec), adding one to an old laptop or new system build would definitely make your world a better place.
So how much should this drive be? Well, according to Amazon, it's a £157.64 product.
Over on Aria, they have just slashed their existing £128 price to just over £119. That's £119 for a top brand 250GB SSD. Impressive.
