Logitech announce state of the art G602 wireless mouse

There is no doubt that the convenience of a wireless mouse is difficult to ignore, however a wide enthusiast audience tend to avoid them due to lower resolution and lag. Logitech have announced the G602 Wireless mouse which the company claim offers lag free gaming and a battery life of 250 hours.

The mouse only takes two standard AA batteries and the 250 hours is rated in Performance (gaming) mode, and over 1,400 hours in Endurance (non-gaming) mode. The mouse is also able to run on a single battery if the weight is too much for that specific user.

The new mouse is the first wireless mouse to use Logitech's cutting edge Delta Zero sensor technology which offers up to 2,500 dpi sensitivity. There is a button which will temporarily switch the optical sensor to 250 dpi, for precision aiming.

Logitech say that within a distance of 10 ft from the receiver, the mouse has a 2 millisecond report rate for low latency game sessions. The tiny receiver can be stored in the body of the mouse, when traveling. They also supply an extension cable for optimum pickup.
