With less than a week until the release of the Radeon RX 7700 XT, it looks like there are already a few with these cards in hand. That would explain why there are already screenshots of GPU-Z detailing one of these graphics cards, as well as benchmark scores.
According to HXL, AMD's next Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU will be able to compete with the Radeon RX 6800, at least based on the Time Spy score. Although there was no screenshot of the alleged 3DMark Time Spy result (about 17K), it was presented with a thorough specification disclosure based on a GPU-Z entry. This implies that someone had access to the graphics card prior to its official release (presumably a reviewer with a functional driver).

According to the report, the RX 7700 XT scores around 17,000 points in Time Spy (GPU score), putting it between the RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 versions in terms of performance. It is also said to be 33% faster than the RX 6700 XT. There is currently no information available on the performance of the RX 7800 XT, although it is expected to surpass the RX 6800 XT.
The AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT will be available on September 6th, alongside the RX 7800 XT. AMD has confirmed that the former will cost $449/€489, which is just $50/€60 less than the RX 7800 XT.

KitGuru says: Based on its MSRP and this single benchmark result, do you think the RX 7700 XT could be worth getting? Or are you better off with the alternatives, whether that be a last-gen AMD GPU or an Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti?
