We posted about the Hudl last week but now it is available both online and in store across the United Kingdom. The new 7 inch tablet is Tesco's own brand competitor to battle the Amazon Kindle Fire HD and Google's Nexus 7.
The Hudl only costs £119 with 119 Tesco Clubcard points. The tablet is powered by a 1.5ghz quad core processor and 1GB of memory, alongside an IPS scratch resistant display offering a 1440×990 resolution with 242ppi density. It has 16GB of internal storage, expandable to 32GB with a microSD card and a 2 megapixel front camera.
It has dual band Wi-Fi, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and a battery life which they claim will last 9 hours handling video playback duties.
The tablet measures 128.8 x 192.8 x 9.85 mm and weighs 370 g. It is available in black, purple, red and blue and is available from Tesco.com.
