Following the spotting of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU on Geekbench, further entries for other Meteor Lake CPUs have emerged. Furthermore, insiders have come forward to fill the knowledge void, providing some of the core specs of the Meteor Lake mobile series.
The processor in the entry that @Benchleaks discovered differs from its predecessors, particularly the 1002H and 1003 models, due to its distinctive nomenclature. The Core Ultra 7 155H is listed with 16x cores and 22 threads, which probably means it will have 6x P-cores, 8x E-cores, and 2x low-power cores. The CPU seems to have a base clock of 3.8GHz with boost speeds up to 4.8GHz.

The CPU was running in an HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16. The laptop doesn't seem to feature a discrete GPU, but the entry doesn't mention any iGPU. According to the latest rumours, Meteor Lake's iGPU should feature a newer architecture known as Xe-LPG (Alchemist) and will be equipped with up to 128 EU cores.
Scoring 2,294 points in the single-core benchmark, the upcoming processor outperformed the likes of Ryzen 7 5800X in this test. As for the multi-core test, it scored 12,749 points, beating the Core i9-12900 and Threadripper Pro 3955WX.
After this entry was spotted, Golden Pig Upgrade Package posted what's believed to be a part of the upcoming Core Ultra lineup. Besides the Core Ultra 7 155H and its respective clock speeds, it also includes the Ultra 7 165H and the Ultra 9 185H. The latter is said to have a boost clock of 5.1GHz, while the 165H model will top out at 5.0GHz. As of today, all known Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 CPUs will have the same core configuration with 16x cores and 22x threads.
In addition to the previously listed variants, another Geekbench entry (via VideoCardz) suggests Intel is also preparing to launch at least one Ultra 5 CPU, the Core 5 Ultra 125H. The mid-range CPU is expected to have 4x P-cores, 8x E-cores, and 2x low-power cores. As for performance, the 2,208 points scored in the single-core test suggest this chip outperforms the Core i7-11700K in this type of load. On the multi-core test, the CPU scored 11,563 points, putting it above the Core i7-12700F.

The Core Ultra 100 series will almost certainly feature more than these four CPUs. We should learn more through official channels in the months ahead.
