Check out a host of upcoming games at VGX

Looking to shun the typical Hollywood style award ceremonies of the movie industry, VGX has announced its entertainment lineup for its award show, set to take place on the 7th December in an “intimate setting,” and be streamed live across a huge variety of devices. See which game won game of the year, alongside exclusive premiers of upcoming titles and interviews with industry veterans.

To kick the event off with style, VGX will incorporate performances of the music of GTA V, featuring many of the artists found on the soundtrack. There will also be an appearance by South Park creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, who will be showing off an exclusive sneak preview of the hotly anticipated (and regularly delayed) South Park: The Stick of Truth.

Other unreleased games that will get a look in include: “Titanfall,” “Quantum Break,” “South Park: The Stick of Truth,” “Broken Age,” “Dying Light,” “Tom Clancy’s The Division,” and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.” There's also talk of an unannounced Wii U game being demod by Nintendo of America president, Reggie Fils-Aime.

If you want to tune in and check this out, there's a multitude of ways to watch. The show will be streaming live on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles, along with a Twitch stream, both Android and iOS devices and via the website VGXLive.com. Other sites will have a stream too though, including Hulu, Yahoo Screen, ComedyCentral.com, MTV.com, MTV2.com, Bet.com and GameTrailers.com. It'll last three hours starting 11PM GMT.

KitGuru Says: You'll be able to live tweet your questions and comments through too. Sounds like a pretty interactive, modern-day gaming experience. This might be worth checking out.
