Dishonored 3, Oblivion Remaster and more confirmed in FTC leak

As part of a giant accidental leak by the FTC, many of Microsoft’s internal plans and timelines have been revealed for all the world to see. Alongside the revelation of a brand new digital-only Series X and a new next-gen controller, we also got a full list of upcoming and unannounced Bethesda games – including their release windows.

As archived by ResetEra user ‘Madjoki’, the FTC accidentally published many of Microsoft’s internal documents, including the release schedule for all future Bethesda published games. Thanks to this, we now know of more than a dozen planned releases by Bethesda set to arrive over the next few years, namely:

  • FY22E
    • Indiana Jones Game
    • Oblivion Remaster
    • Elder Scrolls Online: Expansion
    • Starfield DLC
  • FY23E
    • DOOM Year Zero & DLC
    • Project Kestrel
    • Elder Scrolls Online: Expansion
    • Project Platinum

  • FY24E
    • The Elder Scrolls VI
    • Project Kestrel: Expansion
    • Licensed IP Game
    • Fallout 3 Remaster
    • Elder Scrolls Online: Expansion
    • Ghostwire: Tokyo Sequel
    • Dishonored 3
    • DOOM Year Zero DLC

With so many new games leaked in a single go, it is hard to know where to start with parsing all of this information. That said, it is interesting to see that both Fallout and The Elder Scrolls are set to get a couple of remasters.

Likewise, it is surprising yet exciting to see that Ghostwire: Tokyo is getting a sequel – especially since the first game has been a bit of a slow burn sales-wise (despite it being a genuinely fun game).

Finally, Arkane looks to be making a big comeback with Dishonored 3. Both Dishonored 1 and 2 were praised for their freedom of choice when it came to gameplay and creativity, and so it will be interesting to see what the team has planned for the long-awaited 3rd entry.
