Steam’s Next Fest event sees hundreds of demos for upcoming games released for a short period of time, allowing users to get a taste of just some of the titles set to arrive on Steam in the not-too-distant future. The latest iteration of Steam’s Next Fest has now gone live, letting you play hundreds of demos over the course of the next week.
Making the announcement on their blog, Valve unveiled the latest Steam Next Fest, saying ”It's time to kick off the October 2023 edition of Steam Next Fest! Today through October 16 at 10am PDT (UTC-7), play what's next from first-time and veteran developers alike from all over the world. From hundreds of free demos to livestreams and developer chats, there are upcoming games of all kinds to play before they're even released.”
Steam Next Fest has become one of the best ways for PC players to try games both large and small well ahead of their official launch – with many included titles not even having a concrete release date.
Whil;e it would take far too long to list all the games which are currently playable, just some of the demos available right now include RoboCop: Rogue City; Sky: Children of the Light; Ghostrunner 2; The Talos Principle 2; Jusant; Star Ocean The Second Story R – and many more.
Steam’s Next Fest is live right now and will remain so until the 16th of October. The full list of participating titles can be found HERE.
