Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes may come to PC in December

A little while back it was announced that both Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes would be coming to the PC on Valve's Steam platform. While MGS V won't be coming out for a while, Ground Zeroes may be coming to the PC this December, just in time for Christmas.

This news comes from several Russian sites, claiming that the four hour long adventure will be releasing on Steam on the 18th of December. According to these news sitesHideo Kojima himself made the release date announcement at a Russian gaming expo but Konami has yet to confirm if this is true.

For those of you who don't know, Ground Zeroes is a very short prelude to Metal Gear Solid V, which is due to release some time in 2015. The game was surrounded by controversy when it was discovered that you could complete the game in just 20 minutes. However, if you take your time and do everything available in the game, it can stretch out to around four hours.

Since the game is so short, we don't expect it to release on Steam at full price. There were rumors of a new Metal Gear Collection for release this year but this turned out to be a fashion/accessory line.
