Sony's Inzone family is getting bigger. First, we have the Sony Inzone Buds, the new wireless gaming earphones packed with Sony's acclaimed audio technologies, aimed at providing an immersive gaming experience for both PC and console players. Then, there's the new Inzone H5 wireless headset and a black version of the Inzone H9 headset.
The Inzone buds pack some of Sony's best audio technologies, including 360 Spatial Sound, one of the better virtual surround sound solutions on the market. Using Sound Field Optimisation, users can generate a customised hearing profile to further improve results. Using this feature is simple, as you just need to download the 360 Spatial Sound Personliser smartphone app, take a scan of your ears using your phone camera and then Sony does the rest.
To further customise your hearing experience, you can also use the Sound Tone Personalisation to tailor the Inzone Buds to your ear canal. The earbuds employ feedback microphones to assess how well the sound fills your ear canal and play test sounds from driver units. The sound is then personalised using the Inzone Hub PC app based on the acoustic analysis.
The Buds drivers are the same as the ones used on WF-1000XM5 earbuds, featuring a diaphragm construction that uses distinct materials for the dome and the edge to provide low distortion and excellent sound quality. Additionally, the Inzone Buds shut out background noise thanks to Sony's active noise cancellation tech, which also has a pretty stellar reputation.
The low-power processor L1 allows for up to 12 hours of battery life, increasing to 24 hours when taking the charging case into consideration. The Buds also come with a USB-C dongle. Available in black and white, the Buds are now available to pre-order (releasing on October 31st) for £179.99.
The Inzone H5 headset comes in the middle of the H3 and the H9, featuring a lightweight design (260g), soft-fit ear pads, AI-based noise reduction, and 360 Spatial Sound. It also comes with a 2.4G wireless dongle and a battery that can last up to 28 hours. As you would expect from a gaming headset, a microphone is also included. You can get the H5 in either black or white for £139.99 starting October 17th, but pre-orders are live already for those wanting to get one on day-one.
Lastly, the high-end Inzone H9 headset, noted for its outstanding noise cancellation, audio quality, and comfort, is getting a much-anticipated new black colour option. Like the original, it comes at £229.00 and will be available starting October 17th. Pre-orders are now open.

KitGuru says: If the latest Sony earbuds and headsets are anything to go by, the Inzone Buds and the H5 headset should have good noise-cancelling capabilities.
