Razer opens up a limited round of Nabu pre-orders for $79.99

Razer's Nabu smartband will be releasing in the US on the 2nd of December for $100 but members of Razer's insiders club will be able to pre-order one for $79.99 for a limited time. There's only an initial batch of 5000 available to Razer Insider members though so those looking for one will need to be quick.

The Nabu will be available in two sizes, ‘small medium' and ‘medium large', there will also be four color options, including green, orange, white and black. The Nabu was first revealed at CES early this year, it will give gamers an easy way to view notifications such as incoming calls, text messages and emails. There is also thousands of developers signed up to potentially create applications for the device.

Nabu Pre Orders

In order to pre-order a Nabu for $79.99, users will need to register for the Razer Insider Program, HERE. You will then need to wait for a notification, letting you know if you are entitled to a pre-order, only 5000 people will be able to buy at the lower price at first but there will be another wave of Insider pre-orders in a few weeks time.

The Nabu smartband will be available to the general public at the start of next month for $100 on Razer's own store and a few US based retailers. The device will be compatible with Android devices running version 4.3 and up, on the Apple side of things, the Nabu will pair up with any device from the iPhone 5 and up.
