Next year MSI will officially release their GT80 Titan … a machine kitted out with mouth watering hardware – it is also the first gaming laptop to feature a fully fledged mechanical keyboard.
KitGuru has already published information on the laptop in recent weeks, and my colleague Andrzej was on hand in Taipei back in November to get the first coverage online. While we are still limited on what we can discuss with the public, MSI were kind enough to send us their only pre-retail sample for some coverage today. Be prepared to hit the bank account hard if you want to own one of these in 2015, but as far as specifications go – we don't think anything available will come close to the MSI GT80 Titan.

KitGuru says: We will be following up this teaser preview with a full review early 2015, so check back in the new year for more details and hopefully some benchmarks too!
man that laptop is ugly. They should’ve just added the keyboard separate so I can position it to my liking.
ugly as hell!
This is literally the only gaming laptop with the keyboard on the bottom. niche product! I want this so much, have been looking for something like this for 9 years.
Msi has always done me well, guarenteed this will run greatly! Though ill be able to throw my wallet about 30 yards if I buy this laptop. (not sure if I will — but need a new one for travel) Can’t wait to see the price when it hits the shelves!!
They need to design a wrist rest that clips onto the front like the K70 keyboards…
awe gosh and i just bought a GT 72!
Sorry MSI you have cough er mmm a unique product but for me personally i will stick with asus rog laptops the G751 & G750 rog laptops because that msi laptop is disgustingly ugly.
GT80=power and performance+ugliness+expensiveness
“As far as specifications go we don’t think anything will come close” I think the Clevo P570WM would like to have a word with you, kitguru (i7-4960X + SLI 980M 8GB cards possible. Yes, I said desktop ivy-E + SLI strongest mobile GPUs.)
Since it’s so secret on its performance, I believe it’s going to be something like GTX980M SLI!!! Great performance, but personally I really think it’s an ugly and expensive laptop (not to mention how heavy that power brick is!)
