The Apple Watch has always had an ‘early 2015' release window and so far, Apple has been tight lipped on a proper release date. However, according to new reports, we can expect the Apple Watch to launch in March, with retail training expected to begin in February.
According to Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac, Apple is finalizing the Apple Watch software at the moment, making an effort to improve battery life and optimize performance. These are the company's current plans so the launch window may still slip if something goes wrong, or if Apple can't achieve the performance it is looking for.
That said, late March seems to be the sensible launch window, given that Apple originally wanted to get the watch out in early 2015. Aside from the Apple Watch, there are new rumors surrounding the 12 inch Macbook Air with a brand new design, which will reportedly abandon current standards, such as full sized USB and SD card slots.
These are all rumors so don't believe anything just yet, March isn't too far away though so we will probably know more about the Apple Watch launch soon.
