This month’s Windows 10 briefing will be streamed online

This month's Windows 10 briefing is swiftly approaching and will hopefully bring us all up to speed on the latest developments for the operating system. Including Phil Spencer's news for PC gamers. Those that can't be at the event won't have to wait for websites to deliver the news through articles though as Microsoft will be live streaming the event.

Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, will be present on stage alongside VP of operating systems, Terry Myerson, Joe Belfiore and Xbox head, Phil Spencer. Spencer teased upcoming news for PC gamers last year and shortly after, our first look at the Windows 10 Xbox app leaked.

The Windows 10 event will take place on the 21st of January at 9 AM Pacific time/ 5pm GMT. The stream will be viewable once the conference concludes via a VOD. Microsoft will be handling the live stream by itself via its own website, HERE.

KitGuru Says: Microsoft has largely neglected PC gamers over the last few years, hopefully we will see that change next week during this event. It seems that Microsoft is hoping to tie PC gaming and Xbox gaming closer together, which doesn't sound like such a bad idea. What do you guys think? Should the Xbox brand be making its way over to PCs?
