Grand Theft Auto V PC will no longer be arriving on the 24th of March, it will instead be launching on the 14th of April, Rockstar has confirmed. However, those of you who own the console version do have a release date for Heists on GTA Online.
Rockstar said that the Grand Theft Auto V PC release date had to be pushed back another couple of weeks in order to ensure that Heists for GTA Online had a steady roll out on the 10th of March, which is a shame but at least Rockstar is being completely honest about it.
The full Grand Theft Auto Online experience will be available for PC on day one. Those who pre-ordered the game on PC will now receive an additional $200,000 in-game cash, on top of the $1,000,000 originally promised.
Rockstar went on to comment on the PC version of the game, stating that it is the most technically advanced version yet and will be optimized to support a wide range of hardware:
“The PC version of Grand Theft Auto V is our most graphically and technically advanced version yet, fully optimized to support a broad range of current hardware (system specifications) and features a host of PC-specific enhancements including greater levels of detail, deep configuration options and ultra-high-definition support – as well as the powerful new Rockstar Editor for recording, staging and editing original custom videos.”

point black fuck you rockstar been onver a yr i dont even play the game anymore. i stopped playing 2 months ago because im tired of waitin heists ill tell you one thing heists ill believe when i see it. and further more after this very pathetic wait and lies from rockstar heists better be straight amazing and even worth playing because if there not im not playing the game anymore theres other games i can put time into. so umless i get what im lookin for outa heiese or at least half way decent fuck you rockstar im done with gta.

I had this game pre-ordered, been on the ‘pre-ordered’ status for too long now.
I don’t give a rats as$ about the ‘f_ck-you-pc-gamers-lol-here’s-some-f_ck-you-online-money-lel’ sh|t.
Cancelling my pre-order right away, and will pre-order something that will actually get released before GTA V for PC, like Half-Life 4, or maybe Mafia 3.
HL3 will be released before GTA:V for PC…..
I’d love to hear actual reasons from the devs (not the PR spin).
They should just say “look this is where we’re at, this shit happens, and we’re not releasing it because of these bugs”
People can take delays a lot better whem they’re in the loop as to why.

Contact their support and ask, you may even get the choice.
I honestly don’t mind if that means the game will be better in the end. Prefer a delay and development, rather than rushing it out. Even if the main campaign is complete and they are adding extras, I’ve waited this long – doesn’t bother me to wait that bit longer. After all, it’s not like I’m waiting for the PC announcement anymore.

Mantle Support confirmed.
Highly unlikely since Nvidia hate mantle. Likely DX12 since W10 is ending preview at that point, meaning the full release should be close to that date.
Until it’s actually out on Steam and store shelves, I’ll have my doubts as to it actually being released.

Well yeah, I mean, every time they say they’ve delayed the game to improve it they have, watch dogs was great, such optimization, ‘dat downgrade ! delay always means better games, oh wait. it doesn’t
If this release date doesn’t stick then Rockstar better think twice about charging my card. Pre-ordered through Rockstar-Warehouse to get the the free game alongside it, to which they gave me the wrong game code. I think I have had enough of Rockstar and their bullshit now.

For it to have so much delays means that there is something really wrong with the game! So i doubt that if it wasn’t fixed by now, it willbe by april…
Steam and all other digital providers wouldn’t be collecting all the money and adding to steam libraries if it wasn’t going to be released. Rockstar have also announced it officially and moved the date? There isn’t a doubt it’s coming out.
