Arbiter Studio debuts Polar 65 keyboard with unique magnetic switches

We have a new gaming peripherals brand entering the scene this year. Arbiter Studio is a fresh new company looking to impress with its debut keyboard, the Polar 65, combining magnetic switches with special new sensors to improve response times, alongside a range of colourful keycap options to choose from for a more personalised touch.

The Arbiter Studio Polar 65 is a 65% layout keyboard, making it very light and compact, perfect for travelling or simply saving desk space. Under the hood, you'll find Fuji Magnetic Switches, powered by Hall Effect sensors, which combine to grant very granular control over key actuation, with a range going from 0.1mm to 3.8mm. This keyboard also has a rapid trigger feature, which instantly activates keys upon press and then deactivates upon release, cutting out any physical switch delay.

It should feel and look like a premium keyboard too, thanks to its aluminium frame, pre-lubed switch stabilisers, silicone sound dampening and a nano-coated PCB to protect against spills and dust. As you would expect, there are RGB LEDs but the standout to me is the number of keycap options available, including Ronin Red, Kumo Blue, Jedi Green, Silver Panda, Black Panda, Silver Lilac and Midnight Lilac colour options.

The Polar 65 Magnetic Gaming keyboard is available starting this month, priced at $150 for the pre-built version, or $125 for the barebones kit.
