It's been almost six months since we caught our first glimpse of which characters – some old, some new – will be appearing in the live action Attack on Titan movie, but now we have a few short clips of what they'll look like in action. Yes it's plastered with the typical Japanese talking head bubble and plenty of extraneous text, but what is on show has a suitably creepy feel to it, giving us hope for the final film.
NB. For those that have only watched the anime, this story may contain some mild spoilers from the manga.
In it, we see one of the titans and a screaming Eren, though its difficult to tell if the particular Titan is one we're familiar with or whether it's simply a random one. There is no mistaking the Colossal Titan though, who gets a brief shot as his steaming hand comes swooping down.
It looks like the movie might be taking some liberties with the story, namely in the way the walls were constructed and in the method of titan attacks, since at one point we see multiple projectiles being hurled at the battlements. Unless there were a few beast titans roaming about, that seems unlikely.
Still, we knew that the setting of the film was going to be slightly different from the anime/manga's historical and technological one, since several characters in their promo shots were shown holding weapons like rocket launchers. [yframe url='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4vO2GRnlFc']
The Shingeki no Kyojin: Zenpen film is set for release later on this year.

KitGuru Says: It's only a short clip, but it peaked my interest. At least with a movie too, they can't spend half the episode setting up the cliffhanger.
I will watch this in any language, it looks sooooo gooood.
lol ., If you just watch the scenes with that music theme , it sure will warm you up .
cant wait to watch that also .
When I heard they were making it into an anime, I was excited…
Now they’re doing a live action.. I’m concerned, only because the Death Note Live Actions were hit and miss, which was a huge disappointment. Lets not forget Dragon Ball Live Action either and I’m not even talking about awful American one… Either way, I’m still excited to see how they put this all together.
