The latest Counter-Strike 2 update has dropped and it should be one that makes the community a bit happier. Since launch, CS2 has had a limited map pool but now, custom workshop maps are supported, allowing you to access to a ton of additional maps for custom games.
With today's update, map makers can start uploading their maps to the CS2 workshop and community servers are free to host these maps for custom games. The new patch also enables new finishes and texture options in the item editor, a new colour correction toggle for stickers in the item editor, as well as updates to workshop tools.
On the gameplay front, Valve has patched issues with server commands being ignored, an issue where weapons were firing faster than intended, an issue where client-side players would see multiple gun shots for a single-shot and various other fixes.

KitGuru Says: At this point, I mainly just play a couple of times a week to get my free case but I do hope in time, CS2 will feel as snappy as CS:GO had felt towards the end of its life cycle.
