Announcing the KitGuru Advent Calendar 2023!

Those of you who have been following us know that we like to go big on competitions in December. This year is no different – we are pleased to announce that the KitGuru Advent Calendar is returning and we're kicking things off with the first competition tomorrow!

The KitGuru Advent Calendar is a simple concept. Over the last couple of months, we've been in touch with companies and partners across the industry to organise daily giveaways for the month of December. Each day, we will announce a prize (or prizes in a lot of cases), and ask a simple question related to the giveaway on our Facebook page. To enter, all you need to do is comment your answer on that Facebook post. A winner will then be picked randomly and contacted by the KitGuru Facebook page to organise shipping.

Don’t worry about missing out, each competition will be announced here on the main website, as well as on our other social channels, including FacebookTwitterInstagram and even our YouTube Community page.

What can you expect from the prizes? Well we have a little bit of everything. We have a bunch of graphics cards, CPUs, SSDs and other PC component upgrades, as well as gaming monitors, peripheral bundles and more. You aren't going to want to miss out on any of these giveaways, so stay tuned each day at 11AM GMT for each competition announcement. Each day's competition will be the pinned post on our Facebook page, so you won't have to scroll too far to find it.

As each prize will be shipped directly by the company involved, shipping restrictions will vary each day and are out of our control. Each competition will clearly state which regions are eligible for entry, so be sure to read each competition's terms of entry.

An important note on security and safety:

Do note that imposter pages have been known to pop up around this time of year. If you see a Facebook page claiming to be KitGuru, or receive a message or comment reply from one, but without the verified tick, then it is not us. If you notice that the page is set up as a personal account with the ability to add friends on Facebook, then it is not us.

We will never ask you to click on a link, accept a friend request or message us to claim a prize on any platform.

We contact all winners directly through our verified Facebook page. Any other source is not legitimate and should not be trusted. If you do spot an imposter page, please report it to Facebook for impersonation and link us to the page so we can report it ourselves – always check for the verified tick on Facebook.

All competition winners are announced publicly in an update to each day's competition post.

We’ll be back tomorrow at 11AM with the first competition!

KitGuru Says: We've been busy organising this for the last couple of months and we're excited to now get things rolling. Good luck to all those entering and be sure to tune in tomorrow for the first competition of the month!
