The Iron Man themed Galaxy S6 Edge has been officially revealed

Samsung has today officially revealed the Iron Man themed Galaxy S6 Edge limited edition smartphone after a couple of weeks worth of teasing. Just a few days ago we received a new teaser image over on the Samsung Tomorrow Facebook page, showing an outline of the back of the device. The original teaser image came from Samsung's Twitter account.

“Samsung and Marvel have come together in celebration of the technological innovation and creative visual storytelling in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron to introduce this limited edition of the Galaxy S6 edge”, Samsung's announcement said. “The limited edition Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge embodies the power of the iconic Avenger with a dual-curved edge design and advanced features that will provide Marvel fans with the ultimate entertainment experience.”

The device looks fairly nice, with its red and gold color scheme. However, there is a not so subtle image of the Iron Man helmet on the back, which will be a tad too much for some. However, the device will come with a little wireless charging pad shaped like the ark reactor, which is a very cool touch on Samsung's part.

Unfortunately, it looks like the device is only lined up to launch in China, Korea and Hong Kong next month and so far, there is still no price listed.

KitGuru Says: I was liking the look of the Iron Man themed Galaxy S6 Edge up until I noticed the Iron Man helmet image on the back of it, which I am not a fan of. What do you think of the red and gold S6?
