Gamescom is officially over but we still have a bit of news to catch up on. At the event last week, Corsair went ahead and announced its new batch of peripherals, including new ‘VOID' branded gaming headsets, a new mouse built for MMO titles along with the Corsair Strafe keyboard, featuring new Cherry MX switches, which we already have a review for, HERE.
The Strafe RGB keyboard comes equipped with Corsair's RGB lighting, along with newly designed Cherry MX switches, aiming to offer quieter key presses. For the audio shoppers, Corsair also has a new line of VOID headsets available in three different variants: Wireless, USB and Analog.
The Void headsets feature ear cups shaped to fit the human ear and provide a high level of comfort. The USB and Analog headsets come with new features, including InfoMic status LEDs and a CUE Control dial, enabling users to control their gaming soundscape without hitting pause. The headsets also feature RGB lights and virtual surround sound.
Finally, we have the Scimitar RGB mouse, designed for MMO and MOBA style games with its many many macro buttons. It has a new ‘KeySlider' control system, which provides 8mm of adjustment for where the keypad on the side sits for more comfortable handling. The optical sensor on the bottom is capable of up to 12,000 DPI, the mouse also uses Corsair's CUE software suite, allowing users to customize advanced settings and mouse sensitivity.
The Corsair Strafe Silent RGB keyboard will retail for $159.99. The Void wireless headsets start off at $79.99 for the Analog mode, $99.99 for the USB and $129.99 for the wireless model. Finally, the Scimitar RGB mouse will go for $79.99, with availability due sometime in September.

KitGuru Says: Corsair is heavily expanding its RGB lineup of peripherals. Many fans of the brand will also probably be happy to see the return of the old logo. Are any of you using a Corsair mouse, keyboard or headset currently? Personally I use the K70 RGB as my main keyboard of choice.
they finally released an mmo/moba mouse.. too bad that they picked yellow to be their color :/
