Cooler Master launches MasterCase 5 and Pro 5 modular cases

Today, Cooler Master announced two brand new cases, the MasterCase 5 and the MasterCase Pro 5, two mid-towers featuring the new ‘FreeForm' system which allows for plenty of customization and expandability. The idea behind FreeForm technology is that customers will have control over how their case looks and how it functions, with adjustments to the interior layout as well as the exterior.

In the MasterCase 5, FreeForm allows the mid-tower to support many different configurations, which means users could make changes and upgrade their case over time as their requirements change.

Two models will be made available at launch: the base MasterCase 5 and the upgraded MasterCase Pro 5. The base MasterCase 5 comes with dual top handles and a standard side panel while the MasterCase Pro 5 comes with a side window panel, elevated mesh top cover, and additional interior expandability options.

Both cases are expandable through a range of additional accessories as well, including a side window kit, a top cover kit, HDD bracket bays and SSD brackets. The two cases will be available to pre-order here in the UK from the 18th of August for £89.99 and £109.99 respectively. We will also have a review up in the near future so keep an eye out for that.
