Back in November, KitGuru readers started to nominate their choices for the best hardware of the year. We published the result of all your voting earlier this year, in the KitGuru Reader Awards. At the same time, every vote was being pooled with the other sites that make up the European Hardware Association. Today we announce the results of the first ever European Hardware Community Awards!
With a combined audience of more than 22 million technology enthusiasts across the continent, the European Hardware Association is uniquely positioned to run a survey of this size.
Publications ran their own local surveys, covering 40 key categories, with voting starting back in November. The individual scores have now been combined to produce the final, overall results.
From processors to smartphones, from graphic cards to routers – the winners of this survey really stood out from the crowd for the people who matter most: Our readers.
The European Hardware Community Awards are organised by the European Hardware Association, which comprises the largest independent technology sites from across the continent, including: SweClockers (Sweden), PurePC (Poland), Lab 501 (Romania), Hispazone (Spain), HardwareLuxx (Germany), Hardware Upgrade (Italy), Hardware Info (Netherlands), Cowcotland (France) and, of course, KitGuru representing the UK.
The results are in – Europe has spoken – the results are below!

KitGuru says: With so many thousands of people, from across the region, voting together – this is truly the most comprehensive set of results ever. We thank all of our readers – and those of the other European Hardware Association publications – for taking the time to vote. We really appreciate it!
