The new display supports AMD FreeSync as well as Dolby Vision. It's also the first gaming monitor with separate switchable USB ports and features a built-in KVM switch. Moreover, it employs the Omen Tempest Monitor cooling technology to minimise burn-in. Its connectivity options include a DisplayPort 2.1, 2x HDMI 2.1 ports, 1x USB-C port (DP Alt mode and 140 W PD), 3x USB-A 3.2 ports, a USB-C 3.2, and 1x USB-C (15W) for communication.
As for peripherals, HyperX is releasing three new HX3D collections: Valkyrie, Werewolf and Nature. Each of these includes themed keycaps, headset toppers and earcups. There's also a new lineup geared towards younger customers. This new series of gaming gear consists of the HyperX Cloud Mini, HyperX Cloud Mini Wireless, and the HyperX Clutch Tanto game controller. These accessories come in various colours and have audio protection below 85dB. While the Xbox-certified controller is only available in black, it's multiplatform compatible.
Lastly, HyperX is also set to launch new Alloy and Rise keyboards, Pulsefire mice and a new Haste 2 Mini.
The Rise is a 75% gasket-mounted keyboard with customisable RGB illumination and a clever ambient light sensor. In addition, they have a variety of top plates (blue, black, white), badge packs, media dial, and hot-swappable switches. As for the Haste 2 Mini, this wireless mouse is designed specifically for on-the-go gaming. Available in black and white, it's 16% smaller than the Haste 2 and weighs only 59g.
