Computex: Lian Li loves tempered glass too

It looks like Bitfenix isn't the only case manufacturer loving tempered glass panels right now. At its booth at this year's Computex, Lian Li is also sporting some brand new, glassy cases, this ones ditching much of the usual front panels, making the entire thing as see through as possible.

The PC-010 ATX dual chamber case is not that unlike Lian Li's PC09 with its split tempered glass, standard aluminium panelling. However this one is a different form factor and can only take SFX/SFX-L power supplies, so you are a little more limited by space with this case.

However that doesn't take away from how fantastic it looks when kitted out nicely and lit up with a flair for the aesthetic. It also packs a USB Type-C port on the front panel too.

Expect this case to show up at some point this year, though Lian Li wasn't specific about when.

In contrast, the PC-P90 is a monstrous Super Tower due to arrive sometime in 2016 as well. It supports dual 480mm radiators, so has enormous potential for serious water cooling overclockers. It has an aluminium front and space for up to 12 storage drives if you need it too.

The PC-Q37 is another well lit, tempered glass equipped case, though a vastly different form factor. This one is Mini-ITX and only supports SFX/SFX-L power supplies. It does have space for a 240mm radiator in there though, so you don't have to sacrifice everything for the small footprint.

Perhaps the most surprising bit of kit on Lian Li's booth though wasn't a fancy case, but its new water cooling system. Set to arrive before the end of the year in 240mm and 360mm flavours, the new cooling loops is a mix of all-in-one and custom loop. Although customisations can be made, it does have a radiator with a built in pump and reservoir.

KitGuru Says: I really like that PC-Q37. If my PC did anything but sit under my desk, I'd be all over it.
