Our journey around the halls of CES continues today with a stop at Gigabyte debuts its first fully white motherboards and other components, alongside new PCs, laptops, OLED monitors and RTX 40 Super graphics cards.
Aside from new all-white versions of motherboards, graphics cards and power supplies, Gigabyte is also debuting its new Aorus Waterforce X2 360 Ice and a Waterforce 2 360 Ice. Both AIO coolers look great with a rotatable LCD display on the CPU block and magnetic fans for easy setup. We'll have to wait to get these in-house for proper testing.
On the laptop front, we have the new 2024 Aorus 16X, equipped with a Core i9 HX processor, cooled by Gigabyte's Windforce Infinity system, alongside RTX 40 series GPUs. The new Aorus 15 laptop comes equipped with a 13th-gen Core i7 processor, paired with RTX 40 graphics. For the display, you're getting a QHD display with 165Hz refresh rate, which is perfect for gaming.
For Power Supplies, Gigabyte is making the jump to higher wattages with a new 1600W unit, utilising ATX 3 for the latest generation of PC hardware.
For graphics cards, the big thing here this week is RTX 40 Super. Gigabyte is well prepared for Nvidia's latest GPUs, with new RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4070 Super custom graphics cards on the way, spread across five different families of graphics cards with different coolers, from Windforce to Aorus.
Gigabyte's gaming monitors have been quite popular. The M23UC offers 4K at 32-inches, which is an ideal size for the resolution, and you can overclock it to 160Hz for smooth gaming. On the OLED side, Gigabyte is debuting the FO27Q3, a 27 inch monitor with a 360Hz OLED panel. Alternatively, you could opt for the FO32U2P, which is 4K OLED with a 240hz refresh rate.
